Bethany Benz started her career as glamour model with the stage name of Caviar, posing for magazines like Jet Magazine, Motorsports Magazine, and Rolling Out Magazine and appearing in music videos for Twista, Snoop Dogg and R. Kelly. As Caviar, she is probably best known as a contestant in the first season of the VH1 Reality show For the Love of Ray J. She was eliminated in the fourth episode of the show.
In July 2010 it was announced she entered the adult industry with the stage name Bethany Benz. In September the same year, she was involved in an accident with male performer Prince Yahshua during a sex scene with her, he sustained a torn urethra and ripped an aligning wall in his pelvis.
